The new jet curve mentioned in the last bulletin is the site of a strong upper level low this morning. This has shifted the dynamics of the hurricane potentials for the time being into an unfavorable pattern for the development of storms. In the image accompanying this bulletin the strong trough centered directly on the new jet curve can be seen. This is taken from an upper level chart published this morning by the National Weather Service. If conditions for hurricane growth change Doc Weather will bring updates.
